I’m Dena, interior stylist, gallery wall enthusiast, and mom to Hunter, Ella, and Piper. 

I design interiors both for work and for fun, even though my favorite place to be is outside. To me, nature is the best artist, and my favorite kind of home brings together the beauty of the outdoors and the function of a space made to welcome people and life.

I like a home, with a modern, relaxed, natural, simple vibe. I cannot settle on if I am a minimalist or a maximalist. It’s a day to day situation. I am a dreamer who often imagines living in San Diego, with the windows and doors wide open year round, and a sailboat in my backyard bay. For the foreseeable future, Texas is home and I’m good with that too. What Dallas lacks in ocean views, it makes up for in the big open sky and being home to the people I love.

I believe that living a stylish life does not have to be difficult or expensive. It feels good to live in a space that expresses your way of being in the world. Our spaces shape us and have a huge impact on how our life feels.

Living out my faith in a way that makes the world a little better and happier is a big deal to me. Everything else is just for kicks. I also believe in books, white paint, adventures, falling in love with something everyday, and being the best mom I can be.
